At Business Aid Management, we strive to provide top-quality payroll, bookkeeping, and business setup services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure a transparent and fair refund and cancellation policy for our clients.
1. Service Cancellation
• Clients may cancel their services at any time by submitting a written request via email to Businessaidmanagementllc@gmail.com.
• Certain services, such as payroll processing or ongoing bookkeeping, may require a notice period before cancellation takes effect to ensure a smooth transition.
• If a cancellation request is received after a service has been rendered, it will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Policy
• LLC Formation & Business Setup Fees: Due to the nature of business formation services, all payments for LLC setup, EIN registration, and related services are non-refundable once the process has begun.
• Payroll & Bookkeeping Services:
• If a client cancels within the first 24hrs of signing up and has not received services, they may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
• If payroll has been processed or bookkeeping services have been performed, no refund will be issued for that billing cycle.

3. Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
• Any third-party processing fees (e.g., bank or payment gateway charges) will be deducted from the refund amount.
